This isn’t exactly a DIY post, because I’m not really giving any instructions, and if I were, they would be the exact same instructions that I gave for our yellow piano, but I really wanted to share the before and after of Anabelle’s little piano on here. Kevin and I found this piano while antiquing in Florida. It was beat up and it was old, but we couldn’t return home without it. At that point, we knew that we were painting the big piano yellow and I had been dying to paint something teal. (Kevin had snubbed teal multiple times till this piano came around.) I used the Annie Sloan Chalk Paint in Provence and then the clear wax. And unlike the yellow piano, this one only needed two coats.
It’s amazing what a coat of paint can do! It’s given that room such life!
