Last weekend we took Anabelle to her first wedding! It was a little mini road trip and we were thrilled to take her on a little detour on our way home through our favorite little town! The town where we spent four wonderful years of our life! The town where we both met! Our college town! Bloomington! Unfortunately it was pouring down rain the entire time… So not only did we forget to plan on the Saturday tailgating (parenting problems…. Totally not on our radar now-a-days I guess! Would have made packing and picking out our Saturday outfits a whole lot easier though! Would have been IU shirts all day!), but we totally skipped the tailgate and our walk around campus that we originally planned (our alumni-with-a-kid idea of a visit…). We couldn’t resist documentation of Anabelle’s first trip though. And we especially couldn’t resist her first picture in front of the sample gates (My first picture in front of the Sample Gates here!). We are going to have to make a second trip to get this photo soon! Seriously, how special and amazing and perfect would that be!?!?!
Ok… Confession: sometimes we stage photos. But we took baby Anabelle to BuffaLouie’s since our favorite restaurant/bar was full. (Rainy day football game filled up the place…)
