And I’m back in the swing of things. This will be my first week back to my normal schedule, and after my crazy busy, fast weekend, I have a feeling this week is going to fly by! But I’ve started it the right way! A little bit of treat (totally indulged in some awesome buffalo chicken dip) and whole lot of healthy! That’s right, I waisted no time in getting into Pilates this weekend. Went to a wonderful workshop to kick start the come back! And I made chicken soup with nutritious bone broth from scratch for the first time ever! That’s right! You can call me Mrs. Chef. It was delicious, healthy, and should last me through half the week! This didn’t have anything to do with New Year’s resolutions or anything… Just me trying to get back into the swing of the things!
